By requesting access to or using MotoMast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
MotoMast is a subscription-based, AI-based software platform for automotive businesses, including but not limited to tyre shops, workshops, accessory shops, oil & lubricants shops, spare parts shops, and 3S dealerships. Each business operates within its own isolated workspace on a dedicated subdomain.
Creating a MotoMast workspace requires submitting a signup request, which is reviewed and approved by our team before your workspace becomes active. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. If a request is declined after payment was collected, we will issue a full refund.
MotoMast is billed on a recurring subscription basis, monthly or annually, according to the plan you choose. Prices shown on our Pricing page are introductory and subject to change with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You agree to use MotoMast only for lawful business purposes, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including other tenants' workspaces.
MotoMast includes AI-based features designed to assist your team and customers. AI-assisted actions with material consequences are designed to remain subject to human review. AI features can be enabled or disabled per workspace. AI outputs are provided as assistance and are not a substitute for professional judgment.
You retain ownership of your business data. We process it solely to provide the MotoMast service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
MotoMast, its logo, and its underlying software are the property of MotoMast and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or for non-payment. You may export your data before or shortly after termination by contacting Support.
MotoMast is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your business is registered with MotoMast (United Kingdom, Pakistan, or United Arab Emirates), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered businesses of material changes by email before they take effect.
