MotoMast ("we", "us", "our") provides a software-as-a-service platform for automotive businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, across the markets where MotoMast operates.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business details, email address, and phone number when you request access or contact support. We also collect usage data — how you and your team interact with the platform — and technical data such as browser type and IP address for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to operate and improve MotoMast, process your signup request, communicate with you about your account, provide customer support, and — where you have enabled AI features — to power those features within your own business's isolated workspace.
MotoMast is an AI-based platform. AI features operate only within your business's own tenant workspace. Your business's data is never used to train shared AI models for other businesses without your explicit consent, in line with our AI Governance principles.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and payment processing), and where required by law.
MotoMast serves customers in the United Kingdom, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with UK GDPR, Pakistan's data protection framework, and UAE data protection law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. UK-based users have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including tenant isolation between businesses, encryption in transit, and access controls for our own staff.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our marketing pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
MotoMast is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify registered businesses of material changes by email.
